By accessing or using FreeMusic.Top ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreeMusic.Top provides AI-generated ambient and scene-based music streaming for content creators. Music is generated using artificial intelligence (MiniMax AI) and is intended for personal and commercial use as described in Section 5.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Redistribute, resell, or repackage the music tracks from FreeMusic.Top as standalone products.
  • Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the AI models or generation infrastructure.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to bulk-download content without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All music tracks on FreeMusic.Top are generated by AI. By using the Service:

  • Tracks streamed or downloaded through a valid FreeMusic.Top subscription are licensed for personal and commercial use, including use in videos, podcasts, streams, and games — with no attribution required.
  • You may not claim ownership of AI-generated tracks or resell them as standalone audio files.
  • User-generated playlists, descriptions, and other original content you create remain your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the Service.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Refund requests are handled case-by-case; contact [email protected].
  • Credits ("Credits" or "Monthly Credits") have no cash value and expire as described at time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeMusic.Top and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeMusic.Top, its operator, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
